One of the strings of light is not working. Other than that it was good.

My experience was dreadful. I ordered 14 strings of icicle lights, which showed that they were all in stock. When I received the shipment, 6 of the boxes were correct, but 8 were a totally different kind, and weren't even icicle lights. I got a return label to send the wrong ones back, and when I checked the website, it said that they still had 8 in stock. I ordered them, thinking I would eventually end up with the 14 strings that I needed. However, two days later, I got an email that the 8 strings that they showed in stock were damaged and they gave me the option to receive a refund. So now I have 6 strings of the lights that I really wanted, but it takes at least 14 to do the front of my house. I should return the original 6 boxes that I got, but I'm hoping to find them at a different website that has better inventory control.

I do a lot of online shopping and it is unfortunate to say this was really my worst online shopping experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a large wreath online in November. There was an issue with the stock and I only got half of the wreath. After multiple emails back and forth with customer service I finally got the wreath sent to me, only to find out it was again just 1/2 a wreath. The emails were so slow because for some reason once you get contacted by one customer service rep apparently only that rep can help you, so you end up waiting when that rep is out of the office. Since I did not get the right wreath I contacted customer support to get me a return label. They only sent one. I had 2 boxes so I needed a 2nd label. Each label takes 3 business days to be emailed to you (which isn't acceptable). I then sent both packages back and had to wait one month from the time the packages were delivered back until I got my refund (and I had to contact customer service 2 times to ask them why it was taking a month to get a refund). Again totally unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from this company in the future.

I am happy with the product, but I did receive 18 boxes of lights I didn’t order so I had to take the time to get those returned.

Ordering was easy, and tree arrived in a timely manner. The hard part was deciding which one to order.

One of Santa’s eyebrows was missing, some of the fabric on his robe was rubbed off, and the stand is cheap plastic that is flimsy.

Just added to my 2020 Xmas display. Tell u in Dec how they work out.
Ordered from CC last year and plan on ordering more this year.
