I placed an order on December 6th and paid extra ($40) for overnight shipping. Received my email saying my order was shipping on Dec 10th and received the package Dec 11th. So far so good and then it went down hill. I order two angel toppers and got one angel topper. I ordered one box of ornaments and got 6 boxes of ornaments. I called the company the same day I received my shipment and was told that my second angel would ship the following week and I would probably have it around Dec 26th. Called on Jan 6th to find out where my angel topper was and was told that they were out of stock that I would be reimbursed in about a week. Received my reimbursement on Jan 31st.
There is no part of this transaction that was satisfying except for the fact that I got to keep the extra five boxes of ornaments that I DID NOT order.

Sorry to say I was disappointed when I received my order in December. The "skiers were cute but one was broken & I believe it was due to poor shipping practices. The items were all tangled with no packing whatsoever. I did untangle them, repaired the broken one & used them for our grandchildren but I was not happy with the situation.
