Since I purchased at a discount, I am satisfied, however full price would have been too much. I feel they could improve their communication as to delivery. While I understand items were made when ordered, communication would have been helpful. Big plus was “made in America”!

Bought 2 of the same garlands, one got delivered late and was a completely different color and style. I sent all the Christmas decorations to our winter vacation home so by the time i arrived there to notice they were different, it was too late to complain about it.

I was so excited to find the reindeer ornaments I’d been searching for at a lower price on the Christmas Central website. When the first set of ornaments arrived, I was devastated to find all but 1 was damaged or broken. They appeared to have been wrapped in thin tissue-like paper and thrown in the box; unprotected. When I contacted a representative, I had to insist that the entire order be returned. I was given what I felt was a hard time. The representative required that a picture of each ornament be sent before they would allow me to return the order. I’ve never experienced that much push back for receiving damaged items. I don’t think the hassle is worth the low prices. Will probably not order again.
