The handles broke before we even got the tree inside. We used it, but we were very disappointed with the fact it broke right after we opened it.

I received the incorrect item. I was told my correct item would be sent immediately. It is almost 2 months later and I still don't have the item (almost an $80 purchase). I was told that I would be reimbursed, and that still has not happened! Very disappointed - I would give negative stars if I could.

Like the products I ordered and the customer service. However, these products were fragile and the packaging was unsatisfactory - thus, of of the items was broken beyond saving. I've had much lower priced products packaged extremely better from other vendors. I would have to seriously consider another fragile item from Christmas Central
