The tree stand came really fast, tested it and it works quite good, could hardly hear the motor. Highly recommend.

My order took forever to actually be filled, about 2 weeks. If I would have known that I would have never ordered. It was actually giving me an estimated delivery date and it was with in 4 days. Then of course once I asked customer service about it. They don’t get back to me till about 12hrs later and all of a sudden my order gets taken care of. I wanted to return it but by the time I got it and check it I just gave it away and told them I got it from target and changed my mind. I wasn’t even the color I wanted. I’ll never order from here again and I’ll make sure to let everyone I know not to too.

Customer service has been exceptional. I order an item and tried to use my 20% off code at check out but for some reason it was not applied. I completed my order then emailed customer service letting them know the discount did not go through. After they reviewed my order they refunded me the amount of the 20% discount without any hassles. I appreciate their quick response to my request.

Item did not ship for weeks. Contacted owner who verified it did not ship. Asked them to cancel order and I ordered item elsewhere. The day after I cancelled and ordered somewhere else, item shows up on doorstep. Now I am stuck with TWO.

This order was horrible. So flimsy for the money. Some bulbs did not work. I contacted the returns dept and they said I was responsible to send these two products back (my expense). It cost me $110 to send these back(product was $189) I will Never order from this company again. They do not stand by there products. It should be there responsibility to pay for broken or damaged goods, not mine. Really sad
