Horrible first time experience and possibly my last shopping experience. Purchased the 18 in Red & Silver Glittered wooden Christmas snowman. First one received broken and dirty ( body of item covered in black marks (looks like a used item) Spoke with customer relations and issued a replacement order. Received replacement order and to my utter shock the item was again broken and dirty ( looks like used or as is items) Very disappointing as I loved the item, I even tried cleaning the item to no avail. How could two broken and dirty previously used items have been sent twice. To say the least my first time experience has me never retiring to this site.

Ordered a package 2 weeks before Christmas did not receive until a week after Christmas even after paying for three day shipping and was told I would get a refund once I received my package for the extra money I spent on shipping but never did alough I do like the product I received it is very good but I had to go through too much trouble to receive what I had payed for and for this I will most likely not use this site again for Christmas because it is unreliable and dishonest

Color of glass ornament bulbs was described and shown as “cobalt.” What arrived was clearly turquoise. The refund process was nothing short of ridiculous. First, the person I spoke to could not authorize anything; he had to pass it up. Second, to pass it up, I had to provide pictures of the bulbs that I received and forward them to him. Third, the response was that the bulbs I received were indeed cobalt, not turquoise, and that the bulbs on the website only looked different because computer monitors distort color. Finally, to add insult to injury, I had to pay the return postage. I can only hope that I will never be so desperate as to want to order anything from this company ever again.

It only gets 1 star because i did get a refund. I really wanted the items I ordered, but by the time I was contacted, extcetera, they were all gone =(. I was sent the WRONG item--NOTHING like what I ordered and then when I heard back, the one I ORDERED almost 6 weeks before I received the wrong one, was Sold Out.

At this time all I’ve done is pull out a portion of the garland to see what it looks like and it appears excellent. I will wait until next Christmas season to extract the full amount needed. I assume that I’ve checked off a 5 star review.

I could no be more disappointed. The product delivered was in a damaged box; no tree stand or instructions; broken bulbs. I sent photos showing all of the above. I was instructed to return the item. Easier said than done given the original shipping box was damaged, the tree weighs over a hundred pounds and is basically garbage. I will need to pay someone to properly box the garbage tree up for return before my refund will be processed. Your customer service department should be ashamed of themselves all the way around.
