Order #266979 - what I received was not what I ordered; I returned and requested replacement. When I received the replacement on 1/28, it also was not what I ordered and one of the trees was broken. At this point, I just want to return the trees and receive a credit. I am waiting for the prepaid label to return.
Also, when I called and spoke with Karthik about returning the trees, I was told to send pictures of what I received before I could receive a label. I sent the pictures, but I never received the return label, nor was there a response to my email. This has been a very frustrating experience.

The window light hangers would not stay on window. I tried 3 different hangers and when I put the lights in the hanger it would fall off the window. I put on window and tried on window sill, same results.

I had a horrible experience with Christmas Central! I ordered 6 LED pre-lit garlands and they sent me 2 LED and 4 Incandescent garlands. The box they came in was HUGE. I had to rebox, and return to a UPS store. I had to borrow a truck to do this! When I asked if I could get a discount to find another LED pre-lit garland, they said no, but then said, well, all we can do is take 10% off. After all the hassle I went through due to Christmas Central's mistake, I said forget it! It cost me way more in my time to send my order back! I never received my refund after they received my order back, so I had to dispute it through my credit card. I finally did receive my refund. No one should go through this when it's their mistake!!!!

One of the customer service representatives I spoke with ( not all) was so short and offered no help as a reputable company would. Based on interaction with her, I chose to return my purchase and will most likely never shop with Christmas Central again. If Christmas Central wants to be a reputable company, they’d better start with customer service.

I was not happy with my purchase of 2 crystal wreaths. When I called to ask for a return label, I was given the run around. I was asked to take pictures of the wreaths, which I had not taken out of the box because I could hear all the crystals shaking around inside the box, so I knew they would loose more crystals as the wreaths were to be on a covered porch. It took 3 weeks and talking to 4 associates to finally get return mail labels sent to me through the post office. I was told that my email address was not working, yet I received emails from the first associate. I am still waiting for my refund and I don't doubt I will have to monitor that as well.
