After 3 weeks, I still had not received my order so contacted your customer service. First she said that UPS had already delivered to me, then she asked me to check and make sure I had not received the order. I advised that I had received an order that I ordered from Target for same item, she asked me to send a picture of the items and the packaging. Finally, she said she would be sending my order from you! No customer should have to go thru all I went thru just to get Christmas bulbs. I only put 2 stars because I finally received them and they were lovely.

REc'd 2 boxes of ornaments. Poorly taped together. One ornament broken. Cust. Service said they couldn't replace the ornament since it was part of a set, and gave me a $2.00 refund instead - would have preferred the ornament or sending back the set and getting a new set with an uncracked ornament!

The lack of communication and the indifference to their failure to performs is unacceptable, in my opinion. I ordered a Christmas tree on December 3, 2019. My credit card was charged the following day. I did not receive any further communication from them until I asked them on 12/22/19 when my order would arrive. It arrived on 12/24/19---a full 3 weeks after I ordered it. Needless to say, the Christmas season was coming to a close--so it would have been nice to learn that the order was delayed. That would have allowed me to cancel it and go elsewhere. I certainly was not made to feel like a valued customer and was offered nothing but excuses and lame apologies. With this type of poor customer service and communication coupled with slow shipping time, I am surprised they remain an ongoing concern.
