Item was as advertised, price was excellent, shipping was fast and packaged well. I would shop with them again.

I ordered ornaments for Christmas and New Year. One item has been delivered after all holidays, and it was sent on 6th January. And one item I didn’t get at all. I wrote a letter but a manager argued with me, convincing that the item has been delivered. Then he promised to refund money, but still he didn’t. I had a bad experience with this company

Very unprofessional customer service! Not willing to help! Wise attitude!
Rip off company.. I purchased 3 sets at 25.00 per set only to find them selling the same thing for 13.99 on market place. Asked for refund....absolutely NOT. I will never purchase anything from this company again and I’ll make sure all my crafters stay away from this place..your loss, you would have generated a lot of $$$$$ from my purchase and my referral to my craftsman.

Return was impossible. Item was cheaply made. Lights were placed without thought. Very disappointed!

I ordered 3 wreaths on the same order. 2 of them arrived without problem, the 3rd one has not yet arrived. I lodged a complaint and was told that it had an incomplete address and is being returned to sender. I'm not sure how that happened since the same address should have been on all 3 items since they were ordered at the same time . I am left without an item and without a refund until they receive it back at the facility.
