What started out to be an outstanding savings - about half of what it would cost elsewhere for the product I ordered, turned into a circus...nobody seems to know what each other is doing...it was going to take 3 to 5 days to process my order - I wouldn't get it in time. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order and I said I did. No problem, it will be cancelled. Then I received a notice that my order had been shipped. I questioned that and was told that it was too late to cancel it and I said I had already cancelled it. I was told that I would be given return instructions. I had already ordered from another firm which had two day delivery at about the same price...and received my order from them before yours ever arrived. Nope - I won't be ordering anything from your site again.

I am still waiting for a refund on a December 9 purchase that was returned on December 14, 2019. I am told that the return is still being checked.

Worse than poor service , truly unbelievable never had such horrendous and really laughable dealings with any company. I paid for an item I never received and yet you failed to try and save the situation. Instead, I had to dispute the charge since your company never offered any resolution.. WOW!
You really need to wake up and learn how handle issues, It’s 2020 learn how to do business in this century. You guys are operating like it’s 1995. If a customer orders a product and never receives due to a shipper error, THEN TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! I will never order another product from you again. Not surprising, many of your reviews online also reflect very poor service, wish I would have read those before wasting my time ordering.I've added my own horrible experience to those bad reviews as well.
One last word the entire so called customer service team at “sales ...” have been utterly worthless, a complete joke.

I ordered 5 sets of LED string lights more than a month ago, but they didn't turn out how I thought they would so I returned them. It's been almost a month since my return and I still have not gotten my money back. Customer service is very poor.

The packaged arrived much later than expected. When I called in the associate stated that they had a problem with their system which created the delay. I asked if they could expedite the shipping and she said that she would put an inquiry in but never got back to me. For something that is seasonal a week delay is quite inconvenient.

Terrible. Order was really slow, came two weeks after we needed it. I returned it and it was delivered back 10 days ago and I am still waiting on the refund. Not to mention I had to pay for return shipping when it was a mistake on the warehouses end because they never shipped my order until I inquired where it was.

Beautiful tree...didn’t even need any additional decor added..but I did it anyway lol However, the pine cones and flock on the tree adds that special uniqueness. The frost(flock) is thick and has very minimal fallout. Lots of compliments this year thanks to my new tree!
