We only received 1/2 our order. The other 1/2 was wrong and we received the wrong lights. We ordered stars and got plain white mini lights.

The first Nativity set I bought was damaged. I called immediately, emailed photos and their response was very fast. I received a new Nativity set in a matter of days and it was perfect.

Paid for 2 day shipping, took OVER ONE WEEK to receive. I was given no help and no concern about my complaint, the emails I did receive had such little information, your plan worked, by the time I got the information I needed the timeframe for return and to receive refund ran out. So you’ll understand why I cannot give a good review. I’d give 0 if it were a choice . Also, I want to be removed from your email list of customers as I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN, nor will anyone we know. I know this will be deleted and tossed aside , but at least one person will have to read it before that happens.
