While they have a great selection of Christmas decor, you better buy in October. Apparently their shipping policy is “you get it whenever we feel like shipping it” and then random bits show up at a time. I had to return things and have yet to receive my refund over a month later. Overall just a super inconvenient shopping experience.

Company does not stand behind their product. I was not satisfied with product's color. They wanted pictures so they could decide if they would accept a return. You shouldn't have to deal with a hassle of returning. I will not purchase from this company again.

Had a few issues with my order. Two items didn’t arrive. Great part is that upon calling and discussing, items were reshipped and arrived and it was quite painless after the sale so to speak. Telephone help person was awesome. Bad part was that I ordered the rest of the items after deciding upon one key piece that I built much of my Christmas decorations around… ironically that was the piece that arrived after Christmas thus kind of ruined my Christmas display. The other annoying thing was apparently all items were shipped from different warehouses thus meaning multiple shipments. Being a business owner this seems so wasteful and not smart. Seems to be it would make more sense to have more items in a warehouse with less quantities of each to save the shipping expense…. That would be more profit dollars for the company or lower prices for the consumer. I would and will order from this company again, no fear in being looked after. Items arriving before Christmas and in less shipments would have made them a 5 star.
