The quality of the red Christmas balls were horrible. Many dented and coating missing and the color was not as described. Packaging was terrible with two arriving scattered in the box. Shipping took way too much time and I ordered them in November. Overall, the quality, cost and shipping I would not order from you company again.

The shopping experience was good, but the product that I purchased (LED blue/white wide angle lights b;y Northlight was not. One of the strands of lights that I bought is now not working properly. There is a section of lights that will not illuminate on one strand, even though the product states "that if one bulb burns out, the rest will not go out." I did not get more than a couple of weeks use out of it.

After having an odor problem with my original order, Customer Service promptly shipped me a replacement order. I was told to just dispose of the defective ribbon. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I paid for 3 day shipping because I needed the items for a special event I was having. And not only did I not receive anything by the time my event was but i received the items in partial deliveries and the last item was delivered 6 days later. When I asked about returning the items they wanted to charge me $8 for a label and then another fee for shipping costs. Mind you, I spent almost $200 in the entire purchase and they showed zero willingness to work with me. These people really have the audacity.

I have experienced great trouble with Christmas Central. I asked for a refund or some compensation for an item that I paid for that was at the wrong location - I spent time and gas trying to locate the item. It looked like someone might have opened it, as well.
I went thru Amazon Pay who is contracted with Christmas Central and even they couldn't help me with anything... I was given the wrong information from the start from Christmas Central.
