I ordered three items: Tinsel; rhinestone garland; and an LED bulb garland. The rhinestone garlands never arrived. CC said they would refund my money, but they have not done so. The LED bulb garland, for just under $40, was very disappointing (I've reviewed it elsewhere). The tinsel was OK, but how can you ruin standard tinsel? I won't shop CC again, that's for sure.

Ordered boy and girl gnome received two girls, called you and you corrected it and sent a boy.
all good. Then ordered a 24.5" gnome never received it, lost in transit, received a refund all good. Ordered a 29.5" gnome, was very disappointed the actual gnome is 12" and he has a long red hat that is 15" I was expecting a 29" actual gnome to use as a centerpiece. He is actually smaller than the 16" gnomes I ordered from you. However everyone I talked to was very nice and accommodating but I think you should be more accurate with description and actual size of the gnome.

This was the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Even that fact that they are still sending me these email shows how incompetent they are! They Never sent me the order, never phone me back and just cancelled the order after six weeks because they had sold out! This was after promising me the Order was on the way!!!

They shipped the wrong product not once but twice and each time it was a different product. Called and spoke to someone both times and have now asked for my money back. Still waiting for the credit. Hard to believe they can’t get it right when they sell through a lot of huge retailers like Amazon and Walmart.
