The item that was sent to me was the wrong item. I am returning it. I have ordered from Christmas Central before and been very please with the merchandise in that order. Customer Service was helpful but it took a few emails and pictures back and forth to resolve the issue.

I purchased a lighted palm tree for use in Lancaster Christmasville parade, as our fire Company theme was 'Hawaiian Christmas '. Paid for overnight shipping, not knowing Distribution center was local and near the store. It did not arrive next day, but the next, and there was no notice on website related to shipping days. Piece was broken that forced us to rig something up to utilize. Probably will only purchase instore in the future

Christmas tree shipped with the wrong assembly pieces. Sent a message to customer service and they said parts were on backorder and to call back next month. Finally received a replacement tree but it took 4 phone calls and too much hassle.

Berry candle rings arrived quickly. Box was large enough to have each one in a separate space, Will be great for storage. Each one is a bit different from the other and the reds and greens are stunningly beautiful. Highly recommend

I ordered a very special ornament from you for my son - a woodland scene with a light in it. When it arrived, the light would not work. I emailed you eith the issue and you sent me a new one. I asked that it be checked before sending so it would be perfect. The second one arrived and the switch turned on this one, but the light did not work. Also there is a big scratch in the bottom of the ornament. I am very disappointed. You are refunding my purchase price. The customer service person tried very hard to be helpful, which is why I give 2 stars instead of one. Very sad experience.
