I've shopped with Christmas Central years ago and they were very good and still years later, they've kept the quality and quick shipping service.

Honestly Horrible. Visited a store in Buffalo area on French and Transit Rd. Seen a tree we liked, it had lights and wanted nonlit. Was advised to grab the tree tag and tree may be available online. Looked up item number online and ordered the tree.. here’s the catch... the tag was mis-labeled it stated two different “names” of trees and one number. so when the tree arrived it was of course was wrong. called the store to explain the issue and asked about return. store couldn’t take back return and the manager of the store was the most rude, disrespectful gentlemen i have ever dealt with. he tries telling me that the trees look different in the box from when they are up and opened. after finally reach hong customer service about return. i was advised i was to pay for shipping the wrong tree back. um no. your mistake. she then mentioned that if she ordered the tree over the phone she would sent a free return label to send old one back.. ok. we did it. she had us log on the web and verify we were looking at correct tree and the item number match the description of the tree we wanted. it was. she ordered it over phone. confirmed it. tree arrives several days later. open up the box...check the packing slip, yup correct item number, correct description. look at branches, wrong tree AGAIN. the box that was pulled from warehouse was the complete wrong item number. should’ve been 277 nfg 75, but the outside of the box was clearly labeled 301 nfg 75. had to go through whole return process AGAIN. explaining the problem. and returning the tree to UPS; meanwhile Ups is a 35 minutes drive one way to return a tree. During the whole process the staff in general wasn’t to friendly, it took a bit of tug and pull to get things worked out. not much compensation at all, actually none. And still the first tree arrived back to warehouse about 5 days again and no refund had been given yet. 400$ plus of my money was given to Christmas Central. And haven’t seen any of it back yet. If you would like to hear more about this issue, please contact me back or offer some type of store credit. Not what I expected.

Horrible it took so long for me to receive a Christmas tree that I have ordered it and when I received it the Christmas tree stand was bended ,paint was peeling off and the stand wasn't even leveled it's been more than a month and I still have not received a refund on the Christmas tree.

Easy site to use, reasonable prices and fast service,, to Canada. Really happy with my purchases.

I only received part of my order. One item was broken when I opened the box. I was told that item was going to be replaced and I would be refunded for the other items that never showed but I haven’t seen either of those things happen yet.

The color of navy blue in the website though was nothing like what the color was when I received them. I also had two balls that where damaged and dented.

We had horrible service! We ordered a 12 foot flocked tree that arrived stuck to the cardboard. The base didn’t seem to be the right base as it’s very wobbly and the lights burned out days after receiving it. We purchased the tree because we needed it quickly but would never buy anything from here again. Go anywhere else!

Am I ever going to get a return shipping label?? This is Ridiculous! I first made contact when you shipped the wrong tree on 12/2 and I still haven’t had an answer. I can’t believe how bad your customer services is. Tried to call you guys and no answer.

I wrote a lady and she responded. The snowman I received was damaged. She said she would send me a new one but I still haven’t received it. The snowman wasn’t even wrapped, it was thrown in a box and the nose was damaged. Still waiting on a refund or a snowman

One of the ornaments arrived shattered. Some of the caps are too big for the size of the ornaments... not pleased with the quality at all!

Initial order of a fragile nutcracker was poorly wrapped and mailed in an envelope. Arrived in pieces to a very disappointed little boy. While it was replaced without question and the second one did arrive in good condition, the disappointment could have been easily avoided if care had been taken in shipping the original order.
