I purchased for my church 2 large wreaths and ribbon. The ribbon ordered was 1.5" red wired and the ribbon send was 2" gross grain flat unwired ribbon. I sent you a picture of order and what was received. This has been almost 3 weeks and I keep getting an email stating that they are checking with the warehouse that shipped it. I asked to return the ribbon since it is incorrect. I have not sent it back because I have NO confidence that you will refund my money. I have had to buy other ribbon to decorate the church. I have NEVER dealt with such a process to return an item especially one that was incorrectly shipped. I DO NOT want teh original ribbon ordered, simply to return the ribbon for a refund.

The package included a guide sheet with gray, hard to read, directions. I am probably setting it aside for next year and will start earlier when I have more time. The gray illustrations are very poor!

0 stars. You sold me candles that didn't match the picture, refuse to give me credit on shipping and handling aND I still haven't received the credit for the returN I sent back at the beginning of December.

This is my second review. I love the foxes I bought. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that the packaging was horrible. They were bent and squessed in a too small in a box And parts were off of boots. I had to revalue and paint.

Found exactly what I was looking for (a pro-life white garland wreath - very hard to find) at a really nice price. The order process was extremely easy & delivery was super fast. Will definitely use them again.
