The whole experience this year was atrocious. Prior to this last order I ordered a Halloween ghost figurine and I received not once but twice a broken figurine. I received my money back but had to order elsewhere a replacement gift. This time I ordered 12 Xmas decorations and only received 6. The claim was made that they were packed in boxes of 6 so it was "obviously" a mistake on the the website in the first place. Well based on the price of similar items that argument does not hold water. I did receive a partial refund, which I was not asking for in the first place, but the items that I ordered were NOT send as it was agreed upon when Christmas Central charged my CC. This happened a couple of years ago to me as well and at that time I fell for the "error" message. Now I just feel taken advantage off and will never return!
