Absolutely love the reindeer I purchased! They’re such a cute addition to my buffalo plaid collection for Christmas! Items were sent well packaged and were shipped quick!

I ordered 3 items, one which shipped almost immediately. The other 2 were being shipped from another warehouse. When I received an email confirming the fir1st shipment, I contacted customer service to request a delay in shipping the remaining 2 items, as I would be out of town. There was plenty of time to hold shipping of my remaining 2 items, but they were shipped anyway. Reaching out to both courier and your customer service, both told me to contact the other. I think this situation could have been handled better.

I got what I wanted at a great price, but the shipping was lacking. There was too much empty space in the box and it got crushed in shipping. Things were broken, but I am still happy with what was not!

It took a few phone calls and emails to get the applicable discount. I was also not notified of shipping timely.

My purchase experience was lovely. But I contacted CS about something missing from my order and was offered a 5% refund, but never received the refund. And I tried twice to contact CS again in regards to it but never heard back from anyone. So I’m disappointed in the CS followup

The lighted window decorations I ordered are all good!! but getting ornaments from them, in the mail was a mess!! They were broken ..... yes all 3 ornament deliveries had broken ones but when you add no packing material to keep them protected .... of course they will break.
They were happy to replace them ..... when I received those ones .... well one pack was shattered!! ....... so I give up, no more ornaments from them ..... not even the shatter-proof ones because they did shatter!!! a lot of wasted time on this mess!!
