When ordering items, if you put them in your basket, there is not way to delete the items that you have changed your mine on. Had to call and order the items that I wanted over the phone.

The customized ornament took the maximum amount of time to be delivered, so glad I ordered early. There was no option to put the year/date only a name so I'll have to do my own "customizing"... The quality of the pictures put on the ornament was very dark compared to what I sent so was disappointed in that. :( Not sure I'll try this again...

Package came quickly and was packed well to prevent breakage. I was happy with the selection, ease of ordering and follow through. Customs paperwork was interesting and I’d caution that between the markup, the duty and the exchange for purchasing was about 4x times the cost of the product. Keep that in mind when valuing the spend.

HORRIBLE BEYOND WORDS! Damaged, poorly shipped product and days of automated customer service emails. Even after submitting pictures, return or exchange were so difficult, we opted to keep the inferior product and will try to find a use. I will never order from this company again.

Purchased 2 purple moss wreaths, which I have bought before. Both of them were dry rotted and completely fell apart. All of the green stems and purple moss that was glued to the foam backing were no longer attached, and what was still on it crumbled as I picked them up.. They were 2 white foam wreaths.. I'm not one to complain, or return things. I simply don't buy it again. But, since you sent this email, I answered. I'm very unhappy. I give them as gifts, because in the past, they were really cute.
