I ordered 3 items, one which shipped almost immediately. The other 2 were being shipped from another warehouse. When I received an email confirming the fir1st shipment, I contacted customer service to request a delay in shipping the remaining 2 items, as I would be out of town. There was plenty of time to hold shipping of my remaining 2 items, but they were shipped anyway. Reaching out to both courier and your customer service, both told me to contact the other. I think this situation could have been handled better.
