It took forever to receive the product and when it did arrive it was broken! I attempted several times to contact your company to inquire on how to return it. Finally, I spoke to someone who told me I would receive a call back. To this day, I have NOT heard from anyone!! I will never order from this company again and I will tell everyone that I know to do the same!!

I ordered 7 boxes of LED clear Mini lights with green wire 100 light count to change my tree lights over to LED. The price, communication during the shipping process and delivery time was great. The only complaint would be one set of the lights only half of the lights would light. The lights were the kind that if one goes out the rest are to stay lit. I only used six strands on my tree as the defective strand is useless to me and a waste of my money.

My CC was never refunded for Nov 25 purchase. I had issue with purchase and was told my credit card would be refunded for 18.49. It never happened.

The red and white led Christmas lights are not bright at all...which I discovered after we put them up on our house...it is very disappointing.

Items were exactly as I had hoped. Rare to find window candles that matched the ones we've had for nearly 50 years.

I'm still waiting for a full refund for a tree topper that immediately started falling apart. I was offered 15% $4.99 of $29.99 and keep the broken product. What in the heck am I gonna do with a broken tree topper. I paid with Pay Pal so you were guaranteed your money. This is your 3rd attempt to get a review so I'm giving it to you. I will continue my efforts for a full refund with Pay Pal. I warn there is something FISHY going on within this company.
