I returned the garland. It was of terrible quality. It cost me over $20 to ship it back.

The representatives have poor product knowledge. When asked if the product could be returned if it was not what was being wanted, they said no.

To start, my order took much longer to ship than promised. The order was broken up into two separate deliveries, but I was only given one tracking number. When only half my order arrived I tried calling your office 8-10 times, but a recording would always say nobody was available. I then had to spend 20 minutes on your website chat just for someone to tell me the shipment was broken into two deliveries and the other half of my order wouldn't arrive for another two days. By the time my order did arrive to me, I had received the wrong size ornaments. You sent me 2.5 inch bulbs instead of the 4 inch bulbs I ordered. It was too late to do anything about it though, because my holiday party was the very next day and needed something to decorate with. Congratulations on being a complete dog **** company that will never receive business from me again.

Love the bulbs. They look as good as I had hoped, but one bulb was defective out of the box, so that was disappointing. Shipping was quick.

My experience with your company has been so lackluster I don’t even know what to say. If you care to talk about it feel free to call me. I’ve spent enough time with you on the phone that I don’t want waste another second on you. I’ve spoken with Jerry on three different occasions and he never once did what he promised he would do. I’m simply disgusted with your failure to act. Order #234711
