Your staff is incredibly nice to deal with. My problem is with shipping. I ordered the swivel-straight tree stand (and paid something like $36 for expedited shipping). It arrived a week later broken in a crushed box. I called customer service, and my experience was repeated with the replacement - delayed arrival that arrived broken. I called customer service and explained that a box that's suitable for putting on a shelf in a store is NOT strong enough to serve as a shipping container. I requested that the next replacement be shipped in a sturdier box. It arrived (more time had passed) - it wasn't broken, which was a miracle because once again, the stand was shipped in the flimsy box designed for display on a store shelf. Please refund my original "expedited" shipping payment.

Items looked like they were picked up from the attic and delivered. Items appeared to be shoved in unmark box of 2 items. 1. Rudolph that wasn’t boxed individually or wrapped to protect it from from the other item tossed in box.
2. Sienna icicle lights that were packaged in their original box but box looked banged up and dirty. QC department dropped the ball on this one. For being a first time customer, I’ll definitely reconsider future orders.

Purchased tree 10/24/19. Received wrong item, requested return and refund, and received return label. CC received returned tree at NJ warehouse on 11/13/19. After ignored emails requesting refund and numerous phone calls, refund was finally received on 12/27/19. Employees make promises of a timely refund, but do not appear to know what is going on. Process seemed very disorganized. Unpleasant experience. Will not purchase again.

I did rreceive my tree but I ordered a 3 ft tree and received an wa 8 inch tree. The tree is not shaped well like a tree is though but I kept it anyway.
Due to bad weather we had difficulty getting the tree in time. I will buy from Christmas Central again as they have been very helpful and it really wasn't their fault.

I absolutely LOVE my Christmas lights and get complements on my tree because the lights are so unique. Shipping was a little slow compared to what we have come to expect with 2-day delivery (we certainly have become spoiled), but that being said, I would order these lights again in a heartbeat. LOVE them!
