I cancelled an order (same day) to order a different item. They cancelled the order, but not my payment. For 15 days they would never answer their phones, nor the email with proof sent to them. Thank God for Paypal: they were able to settle the dispute VERY quickly. The nativity set I received was beautiful, I will give them that much credit.

I ordered a 15" double sided window wreath decoration. After waiting forever an 11" one side only window wreath decoration was delivered. I contacted customer service. I was told they no longer had the 15" wreath. The CS rep wrote that she would put in for a refund for me and that I should just use, give away, or toss the wrong wreath. They get an extra star for the refund, but they should have let me know ASAP when they did not have the wreath that I ordered. I could have purchased it elsewhere in time for Christmas.

i ordered a big Santa on Dec 13 and they did not ship the Santa for 6 days. So now delivery is the 27th. Had I know that two weeks was not going to be enough time I would have paid extra for shipping. How ever they did not notify me that it would take the 6 days before it was shipped. It is so disappointing for us. We will never use Christmas Central again ever, ever, ever.....
