I paid $46.00 to get my tree in 2 days. It was ordered on a Friday and did not arrive until the next Thursday. I don't think that is 2 days. Now I need to continue the battle to have that charge removed. On a positive note, I am very happy with the tree and its quality.

The Santa Claus with Sleigh that I ordered was not sent to me. I received a box of 100 mini ice blue and white lights. However the packing slip says they sent the Santa, which I paid over 80 dollars for. I called the service department number during business hours and got a recoding. I left a detailed message and still have not received any return message. That was about five days ago.

Cannot get ahold of customer service. After a week 1 order still not picked much less being shipped and could not contact anyone for an explanation. I wouldn't have ordered it if it was out of stock or whatever's going on. Another order I paid extra for for fast delivery and it took a week to go one state away.

Items are nice but one needed to be fooled with before it would light and one was missing a hook.

I've made purchases from Christmas Central for three years now. Nightmare would describe my first experience. Six months to get my first order! Delays, broken promises... I was sure it was a scam, but arrived eventually. Last year I ordered in September and everything arrived in under 4 weeks and I'm in Canada. This year they nailed it ! Great selection , arrived under 2 weeks even extras I ordered end of November arrived in under 2 weeks . Tax collected on their end means no boarder delays. Absolutely perfect , highly recommended to friends and family. Great prices.

I purchase a Menorah from this company and attempted to order replacement bulbs. At the recommendation of their customer service Dept., I ordered what they recommended. Not only were they the incorrect bulbs they charged 3 times the price that I could have gotten the bulbs for and $8.00 shipping. When I tried to contact the company, "No one available to take your call" on any option I tried. Still trying to do a return, however, they were shipped from a company other than Christmas Central. I've been unable to find a contact # for them either.
