I ordered a 12 inch nativity set that cost over $100.00. When it finally arrived, the figurines were all stacked in the bottom of a large box, one on top of another, with no bubble wrap or padding around them of any kind, not a single one in it's own box. They were simply draped in a very thin plastic bag like you would expect to find them in if they were shipped in styrofoam. As you can imagine, every single piece was chipped. The angel's wings were broken off, one wise man and the shepherd had no heads, the cow had no horns, and Joseph was completely smashed. A five year old could have done a better job packing this box. And before you think it was the carriers fault, the box was not even wrinkled. I am in shock.

Can't believe that in 21st Century you pay for items that arrive incomplete in quantity by wrongly packaging big orders in small package boxes. Customer service is a disgrace!...they certaintly seems to address any issue by providing you a request number (which is automatically made by the system) but NEVER contacting you to resolve the problem you're experiencing. How rude is that?
