I was ordering from Cheistmas Central regularly and orders were good but my last order for Christmas balls I was NOT happy with... The green balls I ordered came to me w a washed out gold color n they weren? green at all.. The torquise balls I ordered were washed out as well n I wasnt happy... Then I ordered replacement green balls n they didn? get shipped so I don? know what? up...

Online ordering was a breeze. Had a specialty item I couldn? find anywhere else. I had the option to pick express shipping but chose not to, went with free standard shipping. It does take a little longer to get the items when you choose the free standard option, so be patient. If you need it in a hurry, pay the extra. I had a question regarding my order and received a follow-up email immediately. My rep was extremely helpful. I?e seen a lot of negative reviews, but I have not any problems. Will definitely purchase from Christmas Central again!

I find them to be rather slow with fulfillment and delivery. It took twelve days for a few ornaments that arrived a day later than I needed them for a grab bag gift. Several years ago, I ordered (weeks before Christmas), a small Christmas tree and poinsettia lights for my 102-year-old mother. They arrived weeks after Christmas due to a severe snowstorm, which was unavoidable but still disappointing because I called and called with no one answering my calls

The product I ordered and waited for was broken. The packaging was not good and I was very disappointed. Need to re-evaluate packing material and strength of box material. Hope the replaces product arrives intact

Ordered a Christmas light string but one of the bulbs arrived not working. They are an uncommon bulb so difficult to find. However Christmas Central does not sell replacement bulbs so had to buy another string in order to replace a single bulb
