I am now very happy with my shopping experience with Christmas Central. I was slightly disappointed with the shipping because I paid for 2 day shipping and is was a few days late. Not only was the product perfect in every way, they also refunded the amount of shipping.

I had to contact their customer service to find out when my order would be shipped. I had daily contact with Kayla on the status of my order. After a while of being told it was in a different warehouse and they would keep me updated, I hung my old lights up instead and emailed Kayla to cancel my order. All communication then STOPPED. She didn't even bother to email me back. 2 days later (this morning), What do you know, my order shipped. I promise I will NEVER use this company again.

Ornaments are beautiful and exactly what was shown (better). My issue is when I went to the cart/checkout and reviewed my order, I wanted to remove a couple items and was unable to remove/edit my cart items. I was forced to purchase my entire cart.

I paid for 3 day shipping. One order came in 4 days and the other is scheduled for the 6th and I ordered on the 29th of Nov. That is not 3 day shipping. Don't offer 3 day shipping if you can't deliver the service
