I had excellent service with them.

1st tree ordered was damaged in shipping. No more of that tree left, so was given the option 2 choose a different tree, which I did. It was offered at the same price, & after several e-mails with a Customer rep, my expedited shipping fee was refunded, & the new selection sent, I received it 2 days later ( a week later). The family missed out on the traditional festivity of decorating the tree on the weekend after Thanksgiving:( When the new tree arrived (late in the evening), we put it up spending several hours fluffing out all of the branches, & began 2 decorate the tree. It was late, so we went 2 bed planning 2 complete the decorating in the morning, The top section of the tree lights did not work when we plugged the tree back in!!!:( We spent 2 hours testing all of the lights & the circuit breakers, but the "short" must hav been in the wiring, so I called CC 4 help. Since the tree was a "colorful" tree (lime), replacement lights were not available, nor could just a new tree top b sent. I requested a refund, but did call back 2 reorder the tree, because I had spent about as much money on decorations 4 the tree (brights) that would not look good on a traditional tree, in my opinion. In total, I spent about 10 hours on "bad" trees between ordering, communicating with Customer reps, working on the tree, etc. It will b another week from the date I 1st attempted 2 get a tree b4 I receive what I hope is the final 1! BTW, the last rep I spoke with (Anette) was great:)

i love their selections and their prices rare GREAT

Ordering was easy, but the shipping has taken two days longer than stated, so I haven? been able to see the product yet.

Fast delivery and perfect condition!

After a little hicup when my order was cancelled through email their customer service was excellent. i re-order my item and it arrived express. Well done Christmas Central. I will shop with you again and recommend your site to friends.

Great pricing and products with fast shipping.

Very good! Prompt delivery. Quality a little less than expected but acceptable.

They had exactly what I was looking for and fair pricing...a rare combo!

I ordered and paid for 2 day delivery and the product was delivered in 7 days. I did complain directly to Christmas Central and they did credit the fee for 2 day delivery but they should have been proactive in handling it and not waiting for me to complain.

It's a beautiful place to shop and the response is always as expected. (I'm still waiting for my item to arrive, but the shopping experience went perfectly.)
