The tree arrived and it was beautiful except for the fact that a strand of the pre-lit lights didn? work. I would think that after I paid $350 for this tree that it? lights would work for many years.It? been two weeks and they keep telling me someone will get in touch with me within 24 hours but I have not heard back from anybody. They expect me to repack the tree and drive it to a UPS store To return it before they will even mail me a new tree. Well it? December and if they don? even mail me a tree for at least two weeks it will be well past Christmas before I ever get this resolved. Very disappointed

I was disappointed with the time it took to arrive. I received them yesterday afternoon. I was outside installing lights with anxiety at 4:00 as my dinner guests arrived at 6:00. I was surprised it would take as long as it did.

I can't seem to get a response about my order as to when it will be shipped, arrive, etc.

Had a bad experience from he beginning. Evidently my order was sent elsewhere to another customer. (I was told the labels were put on the wrong packages) My husband opened the package to find a Santa Claus. I called customer service and explained what happened. I enquired how much the Santa cost since my 70 year old husband would have a hard time carrying a 20 lb. box to the post since it was so bulky. My husband plays Santa for our Community and thought this would be cute. Customer service offered me a price since all the confusion and inconvenience. It was not much of a deal and paid over 186.00 for it. Well looking at my charge I was charged twice. I called, emailed sent confirmation numbers. They said they would resolve the problem and saw the double charge, after a few days I made a dispute with Discover. I then found the Christmas Central Santa on Amazon for 170.00! So trying to be a nice lady by purchasing a mistaken delivery I got cheated. It sure was no deal. Plus I never received my order that I originally purchased almost a month ago that someone else received. I have to go back and dispute that charge since it states it was delivered. What a nightmare!! not happy!!

Box arrived all torn up and item also banged up.

The people who helped me were very informative and friendly. This company gave me better customer service than I have had in quite a while.
