Good , although UPS driver could not find us. Had to pick up one box from UPS warehouse the was totally torn up and the other one was at my neighbors

We paid for 3 day shipping and it should've arrived on Tuesday before Thanksgiving however, issues caused it to be delayed until Friday the day after Thanksgiving. Throughout the whole process they told us it would arrive before Thursday. We do a very special Christmas display that is turned on Thanksgiving night and this caused our display to be only partially completed. The hundreds of people who came to see the display noticed we were missing those lights. Very disappointing.

It has been ten days, my order is still waiting to be filled. I have spoke to them a few times, and i just get excuses, different excuses. They gave me a $20 store credit. I doubt I will order from this company again. Hope I get my tree by Christmas!!
