Although my credit card has been charged $700 for the item I ordered 10 days ago, the company has yet to ship it and can? find it in the warehouse. They have offered to sell me a significantly higher priced item that would cost an additional $600. I? at the price point I need to stay within and don? want to be led into a bait and switch situation. I held for 25 minutes waiting on customer service to find my items and never reached resolution. Disappointed is putting it mildly.
