Ordered 12-13...still have not received items promised for Christmas...was guaranteed items were in stock and would arrive in plenty of time. Nothing like getting Christmas decorations that you cannot use until the following Christmas?

We purchased some items my wife used to make Christmas gifts for her employees at work. The items we purchased were half the price they were at Wal-Mart, delivered in just three days, and extra items were delivered. On top of that, we got bonus reward points! We will definitely be shopping here again.

It said they had a certain product in stock. I bought it right away, but then received an email later stating that they had "over sold" that product and no longer had it in stock. I was a bit upset since it was meant to be a very much desired gift for my daughter. Their response time was good however and I received a refund the same day. I just want their stock numbers to be more accurate when shopping online.
