The product I ordered was wonderful! It was a gift for a friend. She was totally thrilled with it! I was pleasantly surprised that it shipped and arrived ahead of schedule so that I was able to get it to her on her birthday!

I placed my original order for a Christmas figurine and it arrived within 5 business days. When I opened it, I noticed that it had a broken part. I e-mailed customer service and got a reply within a few hours. I was asked to take a picture of the item so they could assess the damage. I e-mailed a picture and received a prompt reply indicating that they would send me another item and that I did not need to send back the original since they would not be able to resell it. I received the new item within a few days and it was in perfect condition. Christmas Central exceeded my expectations with handling this order for me in an extremely timely manner. I will certainly order from Christmas Central again!

Found the item I wanted at this retailer at a substantial savings. Trusted the purchase because Google had verified the company. Items received as expected, well packed and as described.

They are so easy to order from! So glad I found them. I recommended them to my cousin and she was as happy with her purchases as I always am. Quick delivery and no exorbitant shipping prices.

Ordered a champagne-colored Christmas tree, but they sent a silver one. I contacted them & they said they would give me a store credit & I could order again. I ordered again and got another silver tree. I've contacted them again, and they say they're deciding what to do next. Haven't heard from them this week. I'm not a happy camper. Oh, yeah, when I ordered the second tree, I had to pay an additional $19.

Experience was good. Ordering was easy. ONLY problem was that I felt they were not wrapped all that great. Box came smashed, delivery service even slapped message on outside of box that they received it like that. I don't know if it was the service you sent it through in the beginning or the local service, however, box was pretty well smashed & I was worried the items might have gotten damaged as they were going to be gifts. However, I immediately tried plugging them into the electric socket and they did light and heart was not cracked. Thank goodness for that. I will order again, but next time, I hope packaging of items will be wrapped possibly with bubble wrap.

The prices for most every item is way to expensive. Checked out there website for a long time but never purchased anything unless it was on sale. Costumer service was great. Love the items I purchased from Christmas Central. Thank u all
