In January I ordered 4 different lighted star silhouettes. I received an email with a tracking number and delivery date. I assumed the entire order was shipped. Within 3 days a HUGE box came containing 1 star a whole lot of wasted space,and the tracking number on the box wasnt even close to the number provided in the email. Over the next few days I received 2 more boxes (no emails about arrival date/tracking #)each with 1 item in a box of reasonable size for the item. When star #4 did not come after 10 days,I decided to contact the company. In looking for their contact info on the internet, I read the google reviews and realized according to what I read, this is a pattern with the company. I could not get through by telephone,because of long wait/hold times, so I emailed customer service explaining that 3 of 4 had arrived. I was very specific about which items had and had not arrived. I also included delivery dates and SKU numbers for each of the 4 items. I never received a reply, but did get an email the following day with a tracking number for a package. Within a couple of days another box arrived with a lighted star but not the one I had ordered. Rather than have to continue to deal with the company I decided to just keep the incorrect item. In fairness to Christmas Central,my shipping charges were only $7.00, for which I received 4 separate shipments and the item they sent as a substitute was more expensive and very similar to the originally ordered item.

People can easily order an item WHETHER THE ITEM is available OR NOT.........however........receiving goods.....is spotty. Between transfers back & forth to various warehouses, an order can be shifted so many times, that stock is finally GONE ( if it EVER was there) Customer Service can be O.K., but perhaps they don't have enough people for the numbers of calls received daily. WAREHOUSES STILL OVERWHELMED by the number of orders received & their need to switch back & forth to various suppliers of the same product or to transfer orders to various other warehouses. Christmas has been over for a month, but you'd think it was 2 weeks til.IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM...G.O.O.D....L.U.C.K. If your order is cancelled, you will EVEN WAIT QUITE AWHILE to hear about that ! ! !

Item was not in stock. They sent an email anyway stating it had shipped. Contacted via email and never received a response. Called and they said they would issue refund - took 30 days for the refund to be issued.

Through a series of circumstances (ordering late at night & detracting circumstances) I had the WRONG item(s) ordered. The VERY HELPFUL Customer Rep. cancelled the erroneous orders and completed a CORRECT ORDER, even giving me an EXTRA 10%OFF If and when a Customer Rep doesn't absolutely know the answer, he/she checks it out. The ONLY complaint I could possibly have is that their shipping takes a VERY looooooooooooong time to reach you, UNLESS you pay extra. Reason?They have THOUSANDS of items, their prices are very good AND PEOPLE KNOW IT

Shopping on their site was good. The box my item arrived in was not in the best of shape and was taped up everywhere. I put the item together upon arrival and it appears it is all there.
