For this vendor, I wish there were NO stars. Their web site will show that items have shipped when they haven't, a bogus tracking number is assigned so the customer can not track shipments. Payment is taken BEFORE items are shipped. Their customer service does not deserve the job title. Had contact on a few occasions and each time, person was rude, discourteous and condescending. This has happened not only when I ordered thru Amazon but also when I ordered thru Walmart and their direct site. Gave them three shots but they struck out each time. No more. I have resolved my issues with them after contacting BBB and PayPal.

I ordered two large "icy crystal nutcrackers" that were $99 each. One was supposed to be a trumpeter and the other a drummer. They came a couple of weeks apart and BOTH were trumpeters. I emailed them twice and called them once, leaving a message. No one ever responded to ANY of my attempts. I am not pleased at all with their customer service. I don't think a business with bad customer service should be on anyones "trusted stores" list.

My purchase was for 2 Santas. Both arrived on schedule with no damage. Packageing was good on both. The Santas were exactly as described in the listing on web site. Sale price was excellent for the quality of product. Will definately return to this site for future purchases.
