Returned a pre-lit small artificial Xmas tree (paid $13+ to return). This is the only company that I have ever ordered from that DID NOT enclose a receipt or a return label. Extremely annoying! Paid $74.99 for tree plus $7 S&H - total $81.99. Tracked delivery, called customer service to verify receipt to customer service (woman with bad attitude) and to make sure that my Visa would be credited the $81.99. Was told NO - since the tree was delivered within the 3 day delivery time, I WOULD NOT get the $7 back. Why was Christmas Central entitled to MY $7 because of on time delivery? No answer for that question. Totally ticked off and will never recommend this company to anyone - will actually bad mouth. Just venting.

Shipment came in two separate packages at two different times, several days apart. While this wasn't a real problem, there was no indication that this was the case and I was preparing to call customer service about the missing items when the second package arrived.

Items arrived in a very timely manner. One was broken. There was no response to my email; however, when I called and spoke to an agent, she was very friendly, kind, thorough and helpful. She apologized, offered me a replacement or refund. I requested a refund and it was quickly arranged.
