I ordered all ornaments and just one was broken and did not receive one box of ornaments due to out of stock from the company they order from. All ornaments were wrapped very well. Did reorder a ornament that was broken and wanted to return two ornament and was told not to and will receive credit. Had to hold for 15 minutes to talk to a representative. Still waiting for an e-mail on the status of this phone conversation.

I ordered several things, paying the $7 S&H - priority 3 day delivery (actually the cheapest). I chose to return a small Christmas tree. Since this company (the only one out of all that I have done business with) does not include a return label, I paid $13+ to send back. The tree was $74.99 - $81.99 withe the $7 S&H (that I paid for on my Visa). I tracked, made sure that Christmas Central had received (customer service, with attitude) and asked when Visa would be credited the $81.99. Was told that since the tree had been delivered within that 3 day priority period, I would only get back the original price of the tree - $74.99. I paid the $7 to ship, but CC got to keep it because of on time delivery. Doesn't make sense to me and am totally ticked off. Would not recommend them to anyone! Just venting. Thanks.

Christmas Central needs to improve their tracking information. The tracking number I was given was not usable with the shipper they used. So I had no idea when my package would arrive.

Sent an email with no return answer. Item shipped was NOT what I ordered. Have not been able to reach a live person by phone and as I said I have not received a return email about my order. Will never order from this place again. A fictitious tracking number was emailed to me and order did arrive on the day that ups said it should in another email. Terrible experience!

One of the 15 items I ordered was inadvertently substituted. The representative at Customer Service will be sending me the correct item. Return of the incorrect item was not required. I can choose to keep it, give it away, or dispose of it. That said, the remaining items I ordered were quite dusty/dirty, and will require hand-washing before use. I've ordered from Christmas Central before, and have always been pleased with both quality and price. My most recent order does not live up to previous orders in terms of quality, but this may have been due to the specific items I chose.
