Didn't know when to expect delivery, no tracking information yet I paid what I thought was a premium shipping fee. Package came via USPS and took longer than I would have expected.

They substituted my order without contacting me to let me know what I wanted was out of stock. I wish they had contacted me before shipping something they chose. Now I have to ship it back and wait to see if this order and one more gets filled correctly.

The first order hadn't arrived eleven days after they notified me that it had been shipped. When it didn't arrive in a timely fashion, I e-mailed the company that the tracking number was bogus and that the package hadn't come. I think they must have sent it by over-night delivery after that..it was that quick!! It was very well packaged, no breakage, and exactly what I had ordered. Don't know what happened to the first order, so I'm still giving them a "good" rating and an "excellent" customer service rating.
