Order was sent in many shipments with weeks between shipments. I had to call customer service because part of the order never arrived. They had never shipped the missing items. Customer service reissued this portion of the order and it finally came over a month from when it was ordered.

Ordered item on 12/18 with 3 day expedited shipping. On 12/21, received an email that the item had shipped. Item did not arrive. Went to Christmas Central website and sent an email on 1/1 to check on status of order. No reply to email. Called Christmas Central customer service on 1/5 to check on status. Customer service said that warehouse where my item was located closed for inventory for three weeks before Christmas. This is a Christmas item website! Why would their warehouse close before Christmas? Anyway, they said that the item was most likely being shipped that week and I should receive it someday. They said that they would call or email the warehouse, and that they might receive a response, or they might not. At least they reimbursed my expedited shipping charge. Still haven't gotten it, and it is 1/12. No idea if it is ever coming.
