Incredibly hard to get through any of their means of communication. Busy signals, disconnected a few times and nobody available for on-line chat. Pkg arrived a week late due to a "glitch" in their computers and shipping dept. The pre-lit tree I ordered, some of the lights don't work.

I paid $19 for 3 day UPS delivery. My item shipped 12/21/2015 and I received it 12/28/2015. I followed the UPS tracking and the item was scheduled for delivery on 12/29, hardly 3 days. I tried to call and was put on hold then disconnected. I sent an email to customer service and never received a response. The item was a 3" artificial Christmas tree to replace one I had that fell apart. I had Christmas without a tree and paid $19 for nothing. Baa Humbug!

The lights they sent me were not what I ordered. It is as if they decided to ship something close to what I ordered instead of just refunding my money since they no longer had what was listed on the web site. It will probably cost almost as much to ship them back as it did to get them so I feel like I am stuck with them and meanwhile my project for these lights is not complete, costing me more money and time.
