I ordered the item on Dec. 13 well before the cut offs for rush shipping etc... for Christmas. The item took 5 days to process, and then when it shipped UPS tracking said it would not arrive until after Christmas, I emailed customer service and never heard back, however the package did arrive on Dec. 24th.

Only 2/3 or my order ever arrived. I have emailed them three times and have not gotten anywhere. I would NEVER shop theere again and am telling American Express that i want to contest the charge.

I ordered my product and chose three day shipping a day after my product was supposed to have arrived I got a very vague email from the company saying that they had received an overwhelming amount of orders and if my product hadn't arrived I should contact them. When I checked my shipping label had been produced but according to USPS it had never been received by them. I called Christmas Central and spoke to a wonderful woman who said that she had seen this issue with several orders and would refund me my shipping. My order took another 5 days to arrive and someone came next day priority mail via USPS, which means that Christmas Central never had shipped it and the problem was with them NOT USPS AND they haven't refunded my shipping costs three weeks later. Very disappointing experience. Beyond that, the little tree I bought scatters glitter all over the place. All in all it was a really bad experience.

Haven't contacted any one yet. My son works long hours and lives far from us, we wanted to give him a great Christmas and had everything delivered to him, we sent a small pre lit tree and a topper, we were reimburst for the topper so he didn't get that and he received a NON pre lit tree, it was too close to Christmas to do anything about it and him living so far away and lots of hours at work, he had no time to do anything either. I will still shop at Christmas Central because I know things happen at this time of year and I also did not contact them and I'm positive that they would have made the order right. I'm sure my rating will change for the better next time. My son was just happy to have a tree for Christmas.
