They sent me the wrong item. I called and sent an email and I have received no response. When I called, I was put on hold and then transferred to a message that said to leave my number and they would call me. That was before Christmas and no call or response yet.

I placed an order on Wednesday12/16 and paid an extra fee for overnight shipping. The order shipped on Thursday 12/17. I did not receive the order until Monday 12/21. I have called them twice and left voicemail and as of 1/3, have received no reply from them yet.

UPS had a bit of a problem delivering the package to the correct location, but it finally ended up where it was supposed to be about 12 hours after being reported as delivered. As for the contents of the package, it required a slight amount of glue gun work to reattach a "rope" to Santa's hand. Otherwise, all was good.

When I ordered it was to come within 7 days after 21 days I called to see why I had not received it and was told that the shipment had gotten damaged and was returned to them and then sent out again. I was going out of town for the holidays and the order was to be delivered the day after I left so I was to get an email so I could let my neighbor know to come over and get the box. Well no email came the whole time I was gone. But my neighbor not hearing from me came over to check and got the box for me. When I return from my trip I get an email saying it was being delivered on this certain day.....Needless to say I was not happy about the situation at all. But I have my merchandise and I am happy with it but don't think I will be ordering anything else......

I ordered a 4' fiber optic tree, received a poor quality 3' tree. I was informed that my order was shipped on December 15th. It was not shipped until December 21st and arrived the day before Christmas. I am not pleased!!!!!!

Received tree stand 10 days after the date that it was supposed to arrive even after paying an additional $20 for 2 day shipping. Their customer service is not available on weekends and during the week you get a recording and are asked to leave a message. I left two email messages as well and none of my calls or emails were returned.I had to call several times before I finally reached a live person. Still waiting for a refund......................
