item was damaged the day after it was shipped and there were no more in stock at the warehouse, left me scrambling for a present last minute and couldn't ship anything in time for Christmas unless I did overnight shipping. not happy at all

False tracking #. Customer service didn't respond to many requests. Put on hold for as long as 10 minutes then I got a recording.(phone) I paid for 3 day delivery on Tues.(AM) I received on the following Mon. I need the wreaths Sun( the day before they arrived. The wreaths were of poor quality. I will never order anything from Christmas Central again. If you do a Google search you will see that they have terrible reviews. I only ordered from this company because it was a Google trusted site. Google better rethink this.
