Initial purchase was fine, the execution sucked. I received an email on 9 December stating my order was sent USPS on 9 December, so I waited to decorate the tree, but then on 16 December I receive another email stating the order was shipped by UPS.

Order arrived late, which I understood because of time of year. However, order arrived missing parts. I emailed the store to get information on either getting the parts from them or at least understanding what size said parts were, so I could purchase them myself. No response.

I received the merchandise - the wings of the angel had com unglued - the lights in the bottom of the angel had come out. I thought I had ordered a white dress angel and I received a gold dress angel. I also thought that the angel should have been shorter - I had measured my old angel top and I thought the one I ordered was about 1 1/2 to 2 inches shorter. The one I got was much taller. I have sent them an e-mail on December 23, 2015 requesting process for returning and the reason why, but as of this date I have not received a reply or comment.
