I understand that the season was very, very busy and I was ok with the late arrival. There was no packing list and only half the order, I couldn't contact anyone and my voicemail was never returned. I asked if the rest of the order was coming, and I understood the timing. I never received an answer, just another email explaining the delay because of the issue of timing - which I totally understood and was ok with....even though I had paid for 3 day shipping. All I wanted was an answer, but told them I that if I didn't get a reply I wanted a refund or I would complain. Never got an answer, but got a refund for the items not shipped. All I wanted was an answer, which I never got. the refund was very prompt and I think they are probably a very good company, I would order again but I don't think they would want me to.

After submitting my purchased, I received a shipping notification with a tracking number. The tracking number was not valid with any shipper. They charged my account after sending that bogus shipping notification. I tried contacting the company to get a valid tracking number. I never got a response from the company until after I contacted google about my order. I received an email from the company saying that they apologized for me not receiving the order. They stated the tracking number mentioned in their first email was an invoice number and included the tracking number from UPS. I did receive my package as requested. I question why they sent a shipping notification with a bogus tracking number. It may be a stupid business practice but it puts a bad taste in many peoples mouth. After looking at different peoples experiences with the company, I feel like if I hadn't contacted google, I wouldn't have gotten my package.

Order was fine, but one item was substituted without prior contact. I have emailed the company to have the issue resolved, but have not heard from them yet (emailed them over a week ago). Items are cheap and flimsy. Overall, I would not recommend this store.

My order was shipped in 3 different boxes and arrived on 3 different days. Because of the delay and I did not know they were arriving separately, I contacted customer service who told me that the 3rd box of my order would arrive the following day. Her ability to tell me it would arrive, assured me that the box was not lost and was in shipment. Her assistance was speedy and knowledgeable. I have shopped Christmas Central before and have never been disappointed. They have an online selection of Christmas items that I could not find elsewhere, and the prices are fair, too! I'm thinking the shipping this time was sporadic because it was so close to Christmas. I would not hesitate to shop at Christmas Central again!

Note that many people have complained on various websites about this company and the stories are the same. They do not respond to phone calls meaning they put you on hold if not ordering and do not call back as promised. They do not respond to emails. They provide FALSE SHIPPING NUMBERS!! They ship late so that you cannot return items. An item ordered on December 9 was not shipped until the 15th. They gave me a false shipping number on the 10th. Item was scheduled to arrive on December 23rd. Return policy says items not returned by December 25 will not be refunded. No way I could return in time. They stopped delivery of item before it was delivered which was fine with me. I had to cancel American Express charge. This is likely to be a scam company. They are doing this to many people who order off their website. Check out BBB (not rated), SiteJabber, and Yelp to see other similarly bad reviews.

What was received was NOT what I ordered. Could not reach anyone in Customer Service so signed on to their online chat only to be told no one was available and I should leave my email address and someone would respond to me. No one did. Will not order from them again and caution others to think twice before they do.

I placed an order on 12/10. I initially received an email on 12/11 saying my order had shipped, but it didn't have a tracking number, which I thought was weird. On 12/15, I called them and left a voicemail as well as an email asking them to reach out to me with the tracking number. On 12/17, they emailed me with a single tracking number, which showed that the order hadn't even been processed until 12/16, and not actually SHIPPED until 12/17. I received the items on 12/21. The ornaments are nice but 1 ornament of the 2 dozen I ordered was broken. Kind of a bummer, but not really worth the hassle of contacting them again to have it replaced or refunded. Not sure I;'d order from them again, at least not during the Christmas season.
