Ordered the items. NO CLUE when they might arrive. Received an order confirmation and a shipping notification, however the tracking information was incomplete. Customer service wouldn't pick up their "chat" when I visited the website. Just waited. Eventually the order arrived. Color me unimpressed.

I received an email stating my order had shipped with a tracking number that was not working. One week later my order had not arrived. I sent emails and and sat on the phone endlessly trying to get through to someone. After finally reaching a representative, I was told that the email was a mistake the order should go out that weekend and a new tracking number issued. On Tuesday of the following week no tracking number had been issued. Another series of phone calls and Finally, I spoke to a lovely woman who tracked the order that still had not shipped and had it air shipped so I had it within two days. This was Christmas decor for an install in a corporate office. The order was finally received on December 10. The install was supposed to be completed prior to the office Christmas Party, Unfortunately we were not able to meet that deadline.

ordered a christmas tree.. tried to contacted customer support via phone for 3 days leaving messages..no return call..i finally found them on facebook and left a message..i was replied to..conatct there was good..i was emailed by someone a few days later..said my package was shipped and given a tracking number..the number didnt exist..2 days later finally got a response saying the package hadnt shipped..after 3 more days the package was shipped..so overall.wasnt a pleasant transaction..would NOT dobusiness with them again nor refer them

I paid over $100 for expedited shipping and packages didn't arrive on time nor did they arrive together. Packages arrived over a period of 3 days and the final part of my shipment wasn't even product that I'd ordered. I purchased 100ft commercial length blue C9 lights and instead received 25ft blue C9 lights. I wouldn't recommend Christmas Central as a responsible retailer.

Only problem was they did not email me to give both tracking numbers, so I was left thinking my order was short 1 item until I called customer service and was given second tracking number. Everything arrived in time and was enjoyed by all.

I ordered a set of three Jeweled Snowflake Tea Light Candle Holders to be shipped to another person in Columbus, Ga. I never received a tracking number so, several days after my order, I called customer service to get help. I was told that I could find my tracking number on C.Central's web site. She did not offer to get it for me. I did try to track my order but could never figure how to do it on their website. The next day, I started calling - calling - calling always leaving the reason for my call + phone number. Their message says that they will return all calls within 1 day. After a week of not getting a return call, I called one last time and selected a different extension number. I spoke with Nick, who after an awfully long time on hold finally came back to me with a tracking No. He was a Godsend, in my opinion, but because of the stress (during the most stressful time of the year) I probably will not use them again--EVER.
