It was impossible to reach customer service. Was told by machine 3 times I would be contacted by the end of the day and was never contacted. One item was defective and one never arrived. Very frustrating!!

We received the order in good condition. It got here before Christmas so could use it. However, the lights that we used it on did not work after all.

Changed delivery date to just before Christmas - for a tree that was for my grand daughter . Not great.

Order was late d/t Christmas rush. One of the strings of lights had 1/2 that didn't light. Contacted company and they sent out a replacement very quickly. Would use them again the future and this time try and order with more time to spare.

I did expect the package to arrive a couple of days ahead of December 23rd since they were Christmas decorations for the yard. But.......better late than never. The small lighted trees are great though. Good for next year.
