The Christmas stockings that I ordered were not worth the $11.99 price times 3 that I paid from them. They were not the size described in the ad. They were really narrow at the top and in the middle. Just very disappointed.

I placed my order and expected it to arrive Christmas. I heard nothing front the site and ended up asking Google to help. I received an email from Christmas Central after Google spoke on my behalf.

Received email that order I place had been filled and was in the mail. Had been shipped and was given a tracking number. When I tried to use tracking number to see status of my order was informed that was not a good tracking number. Called customer service to get updated tracking number was informed the order had never shipped, they did not even have it in stock, no idea when they would get it in stock but pretty sure would not be by Christmas. They did give me a 110% replacement item, trying to salvage a gift that I was running out of time on. They were going to send me updated email on Monday as soon as they found out shipping date as it was coming out of another warehouse in another location. That was on 12/11/2015. Today is 12/24/2015 still have not received updated email. The replacement item did come in, would have been acceptable except for the broken leg on an 18" snow deer. Since I don't have a corrected receipt, no proof that this current transaction took place I have my doubts of getting any satisfaction in the end. So the jury is still out on that one till I try after Christmas. Not a happy camper, Merry Christmas.

Prompt service. Would recommend Christmas Central to friends.

I became convinced this was not a real company. There were no customer service personnel on their chat and nobody answered the customer service phone line in the multiple times that I called. The tracking number they sent me was phoney and when my item finally arrived it was several days late. I believe the only reason I received anything was because I just happened to click on Google trusted store protection and Google stepped in. They said I would get a refund. We will see.

I had to contact them they did not return my call but finally sent an email that my package just shipped after a week from the original time when they said it was shipped. This was a problem because it was lights for my tree.

arrived in a timely fashion. Was not what I was expecting from the picture, but that is what happens when you buy online.

Shipped quickly and item came just as described. Good experience.

They only deserve one star because I had to dispute my credit card payment in order to get the product I ordered. I got a fake tracking number when I first ordered and no package ever came. The company won't answer the phone number or emails. They also have several other company names under the Gordon name which all have the same phone number and address. Avoid these company.

Wrong tracking # first,said it got shipped but never left there...glad they were JUST replacement lights...otherwise our Christmas deco would of missed the roof lights....Not satisfied at all...they even send email admitting to it and apologizing..

The price was very good, the product arrived in great shape and worked perfectly. The only issue was that it took ten days for it to arrive and I paid for 2 day delivery. The USPS tracking was also incorrect and estimated arrival four days before it actually arrived. When I contacted Christmas Central customer service, they were able to promptly give me correct tracking information and apologized for the delays.
